Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LTS Technology, LLC (“LTS,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information from visitors and clients of ltstech.pro and related services. Last updated October 29, 2026.

Who we are

LTS Technology, LLC is a Bakersfield, California information technology company serving Kern County and nearby businesses.

Phone: 661-398-2999. Email: [email protected]. Website: ltstech.pro.

If a signed client agreement sets a stricter rule for that client’s data, the signed agreement controls for that work. Other companies linked from the site have their own privacy practices.

What we collect

We collect personal information in three ways: you give it to us, the site receives it automatically, or a provider returns it while delivering a service you asked for.

Information you give us. Contact form submissions (typically name, email or phone, company, and message). Emails to [email protected] and calls to 661-398-2999. Client support details needed to do the work you requested (account, user, device, site, or error information). If you send someone else’s information, you are responsible for having a right to send it.

Information the site receives automatically. Ordinary connection details such as IP address, date and time, requested page, and browser. Consent cookies that store your Allow / Deny / Preferences choices. After you allow optional categories: Google Analytics identifiers (_ga / _ga_*), and Functional tools such as 3CX live chat.

Information from providers. Hosting, email, phone, Cloudflare security, and (when allowed) analytics or chat providers may process data solely to deliver those services.

How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • Reply to you and provide the service you asked for
  • Schedule, document, and bill for agreed work
  • Operate, secure, and improve ltstech.pro
  • Measure site traffic when you allow Analytics
  • Power optional features such as live chat when you allow Functional tools
  • Meet legal duties and investigate misuse

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade personal information for other companies to market to you. We do not use client security or support data for advertising.

If we want to send news or offers you did not ask for, we will rely on a request you made or permission you gave, and you can ask us to stop.

When we share information

We may share information with a provider only when needed to deliver what you asked for—for example, hosting, email or phone carriers, Cloudflare, Google (analytics after consent), or 3CX (chat after consent). We do not give those providers permission to use your information for their own marketing.

We may share information with professionals helping us meet legal, accounting, or insurance duties, and only for that purpose.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to investigate and stop abuse, or to protect LTS, a client, or another person from harm.

If we sell or transfer the business (or part of it), customer and visitor records that are part of that business may transfer with it. The recipient would be expected to handle them for the same business purpose.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information as long as needed to reply, provide the service, keep a record of the work, and meet legal duties. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.

This page does not set a fixed number of days or years for every record. A signed client agreement may set a retention rule for that client’s data; where it does, that agreement controls.

Consent cookies typically last about one year. Google Analytics cookies observed on this site last about two years unless you clear them or Deny optional tools.

Security

LTS uses reasonable administrative and technical care to protect personal information against loss and unauthorized access. No website or service can promise that security will never fail. If a failure affects your information in a way the law requires us to tell you about, we will tell you.

You can help by sending only what a request needs, and by keeping any sign-in we give you limited to people who need it.

Your rights (California CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) may give you rights over personal information, including to:

  • Know / access what personal information we have collected about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information, where applicable
  • Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights

Sale / sharing. LTS does not sell personal information for money. We do not currently run advertising pixels that share identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising on the public pages audited. Optional analytics runs only after your consent. If that changes, we will update this policy and the cookie banner.

How to exercise rights. Email [email protected] or call 661-398-2999. Describe the request and give us a way to verify it is you. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may also use an authorized agent as the law allows.

GPC. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as Deny for optional cookies and tools.

Your Privacy Choices. When live, the footer control labeled Your Privacy Choices opens cookie Preferences so you can change category choices.

Cookies

ltstech.pro uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our dedicated Cookie Policy.

Essential cookies stay on. Functional, Analytics & Performance, and Marketing categories wait for your choice. The 3CX chat widget stays blocked until you allow Functional / Preferences tools.

Use Allow, Deny, or Preferences on the banner, or Your Privacy Choices in the footer once that control is published.

Children

The website is meant for businesses, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent personal information to LTS, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes may be noted on the site; if you are a client and we have your email, we may also tell you by email or at the next normal contact.
