End-user license agreement
This agreement
This is the agreement between you and LTS Technology, LLC for use of the website at ltstech.pro and for the way you use services LTS provides to you. It is written in plain language. It is not a license for a named software product.
If you do not agree, do not use the website and do not send LTS a request through it. If you already have a signed agreement with LTS, that signed agreement controls the paid work. This page controls use of the website, and it fills a gap only where the signed agreement is silent.

Who you are dealing with
LTS Technology, LLC, 4825 Calloway Dr #102, Bakersfield, CA 93312.
Phone 661-398-2999. Email [email protected]. Website ltstech.pro.
The public site describes LTS as a Bakersfield partner serving Kern County, offering managed IT, co-managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and Microsoft 365, hosted voice, business continuity, automation, infrastructure, and professional services. Those are services. This page does not turn any of them into a downloadable product.
Using the website
You may read the site, share a link to a page, and contact LTS through the ways the site offers. You may print a page for your own internal reference if you leave the notices on it.
That permission is limited, personal, and not transferable. It is not a sale. LTS can withdraw it if you break this agreement.
The site is meant for businesses and for adults acting for a business. Do not use it to send LTS information about a child.
Accounts and sign-ins
LTS may give you a sign-in when a service needs one. If it does, you are responsible for that sign-in. Keep it to the people who need it for the work. Do not share it outside that group. Tell LTS promptly if you think someone else is using it.
You are responsible for activity that happens under a sign-in LTS issued to you, until you tell LTS it is no longer safe. LTS may suspend or close a sign-in that is being misused, that is no longer needed, or that puts the service or another customer at risk.
If no sign-in has been issued, this section simply does not apply yet. The rest of the agreement still does.
Acceptable use
Use the website and any LTS service only for a lawful business purpose. Do not use them in a way that harms LTS, another customer, or anyone else.
Do not try to break into the site, a client system, or an account that is not yours. Do not probe, scan, or overload the site. Do not send malware, or use the site to deliver it. Do not interfere with the site’s security or with another customer’s service.
Do not use the contact form, email, or phone to send spam, to impersonate someone, or to send content you have no right to send. Do not scrape the site in a way that slows it down or copies it to pretend you are LTS.
Do not use the site to collect other people’s information, and do not use an LTS service to send messages those people did not agree to receive.
LTS may refuse, remove, or block a request or a sign-in that breaks these rules. LTS may also stop website access that is being used to attack the site or a customer.
What you send to LTS
If you send a message, a file, or a support request, you keep ownership of what you sent. You give LTS permission to use it for the purpose you sent it: to reply, to do the work, and to keep a record of that request.
You are responsible for having the right to send it. Do not send information that belongs to someone else unless you are allowed to. Do not send something unlawful.
How LTS handles personal information in those messages is described in the LTS privacy policy. A signed client agreement can set stricter rules for client data. Where it does, follow the signed agreement.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, photos, logo, and other materials on ltstech.pro belong to LTS Technology, LLC unless a credit or a link says otherwise. The LTS name and logo are LTS’s. You may not copy them for your own commercial use, and you may not use them in a way that suggests you are LTS or that LTS has endorsed you.
You may quote a short passage for a fair internal or news purpose if you credit LTS and link to the page. Any other copying, including copying a page into your own marketing, needs written permission from LTS.
Names of other companies and products that appear on the site remain those companies’ property. A mention is not a license to use their names.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other companies, such as a vendor, a map, or a standards page. Those sites are not run by LTS. LTS is not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices. Read their terms before you rely on them.
Client work is a separate agreement
Pages on the website describe services in general. They are not a quote, a statement of work, or a promise that a particular result will happen in your environment.
Paid work starts when you and LTS agree on it, usually in a signed agreement or a written scope. That document sets what is included, what it costs, and what each side is responsible for. If this page and that document differ on the paid work, the signed document controls.
LTS does not replace your internal team unless a signed agreement says that is the engagement. The public site describes co-managed work as support beside your staff, with you keeping ownership of strategy.
Disclaimer
The website is provided as it is and as it is available. LTS does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code, or that information on a page is complete for your situation.
Service descriptions are general. They are not a warranty of a particular uptime, a particular response time, or a particular security outcome. Those points belong in the agreement for that service, if they are offered at all.
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or compliance advice. It is information about what LTS does.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LTS Technology, LLC and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that come from using the website or from being unable to use it. That includes lost profits, lost data, or an interruption that comes from your use of the site itself.
This limit does not apply to liability the law does not allow a company to limit. This page does not set a dollar cap, and it does not choose a court or a state’s law. Those points, if they exist, belong in a signed agreement.
Liability for paid client services is set by the client’s agreement, not by this page.
If you misuse the site
If you break this agreement and that misuse leads to a claim against LTS, you will cover the loss that comes from that misuse, to the extent the law allows. This is about misuse of the website and of a sign-in. It is not a substitute for the indemnity or insurance terms in a signed client agreement.
Stopping use
You may stop using the website at any time. LTS may suspend or end website access, or a sign-in, if you break this agreement, if the access is being used to harm the site or another customer, or if LTS stops offering the site.
Sections that should survive still apply after access ends. Those are the sections on intellectual property, your responsibility for what you sent, the disclaimer, the limit of liability, and misuse.
Changes to this agreement
LTS may update this page. The date at the top is the date of the current version. The new version applies to your use of the website after it is posted. Continuing to use the website after that date means you accept the update.
A signed client agreement does not change because this page changed, unless that agreement says it does.
